- Delivery time

- High protection: 75-260 grams of zinc per 1 square meter of the surface of the wire rope.
The thickness of the zinc layer on the surface of the steel cable directly affects the corrosion resistance.
There are two main ways of galvanizing of steel wire rope and steel chain: hot-dip galvanizing and cold galvanizing. These two methods differ fundamentally, you can read more about it in the internet.
Cost of cold galvanizing higher than hot-dip, while the zinc layer thickness is easier to control. Therefore, manufacturers of high-quality cable and chains in China choose a method of cold galvanizing for their products.
